Job card Software

I am looking for a nice easy to use job card program.
I started a Computer repair business in the beginning of last year and would like something to track repairs, customer details ext, the two previous places I worked at uses custom develop programs.

I would like to know what else is out there that I can give a try.

Can the Access files function stand alone or would you need Access on your PC.
