I've just bought a juicer, in fact it arrived yesterday and i'm going to the fruit and veg market on Saturday to load up on items as I want to play around with different recipe's.

I just use:
Spinach
Apples
Ginger
Carrots

Sometimes I swap spinach for Beetroot

Also another thing I do, is take the juice extract and give them too the dog.
