The boy who accused Michael Jackson of sexually abusing him in 1993 has now come forward and admitted he lied.

Jordan Chandler told a psychiatrist and police that he and MJ had engaged in sexual acts that included oral sex. The case was settled out of court for a reported $22 million, but the strain of the accusations appear to be what started Michael on his road to painkiller addiction.

Jordan now says, “I never meant to lie and destroy Michael Jackson but my father made me to tell only lies. Now I can’t tell Michael how much I’m sorry and if he will forgive me.”

Jordan also claims he was under the influence of his father, Evan Chandler, who allegedly instructed his son to tell the lies so the family could escape poverty.

“Now for the first time I can’t bare to lie anymore. Michael Jackson didn’t do anything to me, all was my father lies to escape from being poor.”

Its an internet circulating lie. That article has been around for ages now, and nothing on the news. Jordan Chandler is living in Long Island under an assumed name
 
It might be a publicity stunt. Either way, the disrespect many people showed after MJ's death ''because he was a pedo" is pretty sickening.
 
I feel sorry for MJ .. and then I don't... he should not have been alone with children in the first place... first rule of life... trust no one... specially blindly
If these people lied... they should be dragged back to court.. but is unlikely

I do however... wish that MJ's dad would be dragged the court for abusing MJ in the first place.. it most definately was the reason for MJ's wacked life

If he lied they should freeze his assets and take away his blood money.

I still do not believe MJ is a pedo, i just think there are far too many people out there who will take advantage of situations.

My reason is mcawley culcin (spelling) was a good friend of MJ and he supported him through the bad times, he was also a young child at one point.

Lots of young children will defend a person that have molested them. Some will even say it never happened. According to psychologists, child molesters are master manipulators and children will rarely turn against them.

If the kid lied he should be sent to prison or at least MJ's children should sue him.
 
I don't believe Michael was a molester either. It ruined his career and forced him into hiding. People are sick individuals when money is the end goal.
 
I also believe MJ is/was innocent. For one, the way he constantly wanted to protect his children from media attention, and how his children seems to have turned out 'pretty normal'. And like that one congresswoman said at his memorial, 'you are innocent until you are proven guilty'. The 1993 settlement was to shut the kid and his dad up before they destroyed MJ's career. In the 2005 case he was acquitted of the charges.

Looks at the facts

Sleeping in the same bed as other peoples 10 y/o sons and then calling it "love" is twisted in itself. If it was anyone else you wouldn't think twice about judging him a very sick man, no matter if anything else happened. The parents of those kids are also twisted.

He pays a woman to have his baby, and then give it to him, like an object. He names that object blanket and gets it to wear a mask when in public.. Real normal.

'you are innocent until you are proven guilty'. Ignorant statement. You are only innocent if you didn't do it, doesn't matter what anyone can prove. They should precede it with "In the eyes of the law". Rich people get away with things when being put on trial all the time as we all know, so ofcourse they left that out.

Well we all saw he had the mental capability of a 13yo. He was a big kid so maybe he was just looking for friends....

Ps who are you to judge? If you had all the facts I would take your word for it but untill then I am sorry, for all the law states "Innocent until proven guilty".
 
Nobody is disputing the fact that the man had a lot of issues. It's not surprising considering the childhood or lack thereof he had.

So sorry i'm not going to join the lynching mob because the Michael didn't behave like a 'normal' man. He was always very childlike. That doesn't make him a peadophile. He found it easier to relate to children than he did adults. That doesn't make him a molester.
 
He was an easy target for quick money and lots of it. I don't and didn't for a second believe that he was guilty of any of those accusations.
 
Whatever. OJ ran from the police, but was found not guilty. Pretty sure he did it.

Many people don't believe that Jackson did it. Even supposed men of God have been guilty of molesting children. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catholic_sex_abuse_cases Michael went for settlement. Instead of facing his accusers, and demanding a trial to prove his detractors.

Zuma? He got critical mass on his side, and did not prove his innocence.

Still, I won't presume either way. Hansie made me a cynic.

I never said he was guilty of being a paedo. I said he was a fruitcake.
I also said he is not innocent just because the law says so, and infact I don't believe we got a verdict on that one seeing as though he settled, so the law didn't have a say.

If you are a man, trying to befriend lots of little kids, you got serious problems, and if you think that people aren't going to make assumptions, you are not even capable of rational thought. How would you feel if a 35 y/o man slept in the same bed as your 10 y/o daughter because he wants to be friends? Do friends not sleep in seperate beds if that option is available to them? Do adults not refuse to sleep in the same bed as someone elses child for obvious reasons?

The parents of those kids are also sick, using their kids as bait for cash.
 
Old Wacko was undeniably a very odd character, but the question of whether he did or didn't abuse the kids he was so fond of remains unanswered. I don't think it is within our rights to judge him on the matter.

Over the last 2 weeks I've seen incredibly callous and downright despicable comments made all over the Interwebz. Fact remains an icon of our times who had an unquestionable cultural impact on a global scale, has died. I'm not a fan in the least, but I appreciate talent in any shape or form. MJ had that in measures that won't soon be eclipsed within his field...

Let the man go in peace. If there is something after this life, then he will be judged on his own merits by someone or something much better equipped to do so than us. If not, it's all moot anyway...
