how bad are these tools that they need to have a strike over it. i've seen the municipality street sweepers and their brooms look fine, the grass cutters have these weed eater machines and they look fine. better shape than mine are in and i don't really need a snazzy broom or cutter i don't have a massive yard to have doing.

I am not sure but think some of those services are tendered out, maybe the guy with the fancy weed eater machine is a subcontractor.
