Just received this form a colleague, who also sent this to the media:

'I would like to bring your attention to the attached deeds office property report (purchased from www.propiq.co.za) that shows Julius Sello Malema bought his house at 25 SILVELA ROAD, SANDOWN, (Sandton) in 2009 for R36 Million Rand.

I am sure that it would interest the voting public, as to where the cash (R34.5 Million) came from, in order for him to purchase this property. This, as his bond amount was only R1 500 000.

Also of interest is, why did he pay R36 000 000 for his property, when the highest recorded sale in the immediate area of his property, was only R5 200 000?

To the casual observer, it would seem that Julius Sello Malema paid a highly inflated price to KENNETH ANTHONY HOLLINGSWORTH. Maybe in return for something other than just the property?

Regards,

Paul"

There is a an attached report, which summarises the property history, incl the municipal valuation of 2 mil, etc.

Be interesting to see if makes the papers, as he's always pleading poverty....

R3.6 mil sounds right - but where did he get the R2.1mil from, as he always says the banks own the property???

Yeah.. i was gonna say, i remember it being 3.6m.... not 36m..

Even so, he still couldn't afford it.

For someone with so many enemies, this is probably the least secure house I've ever seen. Oh hai Juju *wave* what you watching over there? Isidingo?

From that same site.
14 GREENFIELD ROAD STRATHAVON SANDTON GAUTENG JULIUS SELLO MALEMA 1981/03/03
I think this colleague of yours has got his facts twisted about the identity of Juju's property.

The properties are the same. It's on the corner of silvela and greenfield

As much as I dislike him, there is no point in people spreading false rumours.

+10

I do not think you gain anything, this is what his supporters has come to expect from him. So this will only make them admire him more.

Like I said before, it's about the bling. ANC supporters want their leaders to be like Hollywood stars.
