Just received this form a colleague, who also sent this to the media:
'I would like to bring your attention to the attached deeds office property report (purchased from www.propiq.co.za) that shows Julius Sello Malema bought his house at 25 SILVELA ROAD, SANDOWN, (Sandton) in 2009 for R36 Million Rand.
I am sure that it would interest the voting public, as to where the cash (R34.5 Million) came from, in order for him to purchase this property. This, as his bond amount was only R1 500 000.
Also of interest is, why did he pay R36 000 000 for his property, when the highest recorded sale in the immediate area of his property, was only R5 200 000?
To the casual observer, it would seem that Julius Sello Malema paid a highly inflated price to KENNETH ANTHONY HOLLINGSWORTH. Maybe in return for something other than just the property?
Regards,
Paul"
There is a an attached report, which summarises the property history, incl the municipal valuation of 2 mil, etc.
Be interesting to see if makes the papers, as he's always pleading poverty....
