The Idiot can not plead guilty to charges that were never laid.

Mila, your posts are starting to become more rant and less sense. You appear to be blinded by your hatred for anything ANC.

It is obvious that they have made Julius aware of the charges that are going to be brought against him. In fact they are even there in the posted news article for all to see! It is also obvious that, in consultation with those in his defence, he needs to assess how he will respond to these charges.
