In-Detail - a web development studio based in BEDFORDVIEW - needs a dedicated coder. We have so many projects and are currently finding that we need to move our coding in-house as outsourcing the coding is becoming too expensive and slow.
We are very successful and need help to service our growing client base.
We have coding teams all around the world that we have been working with for years on large projects, your task would be to work with these existing teams, manage our projects and do the coding as we need internally - but outsourcing to our international teams when and where required.
Long term we would like to do most of your website coding development internally with minimal being outsourced.
As you grow and are to do more of our coding in-house, your renumeration with increase.
Initially we are looking for a junior to mid PHP developer looking to expand their skills and grow with us
Are you the right candidate to start with us and stick with us as we grow?
This is not an AA position and is open to ALL candidates.
But please, if you just have a diploma and have not worked as a PHP developer, or can’t provide examples of websites or projects you have worked on, please pass this by.
You need:
> PHP, MySQL, AJAX, JAVA coding knoweldge
> Familiar with codeigniter, Yii, Ruby etc
> Familiar with Wordpress and other leading off-the-shelf CMS systems
> Database integration and MySQL, SQL knowledge a must have.
> Good skills in research, analysis, design, project planning and implementation
> Flexibility to learn new systems or code where projects require it
> Ability to hand-code XHTML/CSS
> Excellent concept design ability for web
> Solid HTML5 Knowledge
> Mobile Application development useful
> Should be comfortable using Dreamweeaver, Fireworks, Photoshop and other development software
> Excellent communication skills
> Well presented and organised
> We are a non-smoking studio.
