:D imagine if we could all cancel our telskum accounts and isp accounts and do it at the same same ... just imagine the fun ....

It would be stressful for us poor users .. but the mind boggles :rolleyes:
 
you're not the first person to suggest this - telkom is careless, won't make a dent in their pocket. - remember, telkom is ripping not just broadband off, they are MILKING dry diginet, dialup etc. they make HUGE profit on routing calls from telkom to cell... so - loosing broadband customers - no loss to them.

the only thing really keeping me online atm. is keeping an eye on what's heppening regarding the telecommunications saga. but come january if nothing's improved, i'd rather cancel and waste my money on something else.

some may not agree, but it was a HUGE issue for me to get back online, missed it soooo much. now that i'm back online... what the fug do i do with it... idle till i reach my cap with server pings ? i might just cancel sooner than january... lets see ; )
 
at least the assholes in charge of adsl would lose their jobs. hooray!

I think if things dont improve soon, there are going to be alot of cancelation. The South African public can only take so much.

But if we all cancel, who is Telkom gonna screw over?? I mean at the moment they screwing over family, friends and the "commoners" (ordinary person: an ordinary member of society who does not belong to the nobility i.e. TELKOM!)

If you can bring Telkom to the water - drown them!
 
I'm waiting for two things.. The ceo of telkom in a report i read (on this site) said something about mid november improvement.. i'm hoping this is in terms of cost and not more bull about customer-centricism cause i don't give #$%#$ about that when i'm paying alot.
Otherwise come 1 dec i'm putting in the order to cancel.
