Well the consensus is that the 3650 is better value for money right now. Comes in at under R1000 and beats the 8600GT.

well actually my 3850 is 1.7k inc vat
500 rand more than your card but 3 times the performance
now thats value for money, the 8600gt is nothing more than a rip off

PC is okay,
Would have swoped 6000+ AMD for E2180 320Gb for a 250Gb got a chaper case and got a 9600GT would have cost a little less but thats just me.
or you should have just got a HD3850 like everyone says only 1.7k
