I found the previous thread for you. What i have noticed is that the site's Terms and Conditions has been updated, probably due to previous bad press and hellopeter complains. The thing though is that on Hellopeter almost every company that you can think of is there, even the ones you had great service from.
I myself think that i might give this company a try. If something goes wrong then atleast the normal installment is still affordable so won't damaged my budget.
