I had a nice plate of Sushi this weekend, it was wrapped in a fried egg!
The egg cover had little chillies inside with asparagus(well I think it was).
And the wasabi was nice!

Oh man I love sushi, any kind any time. But the best IMO is sashimi salmon marinated with honey/ginger sauce.
