I work for an ISP so I have to be loyal (otherwise I don't get paid)

not loyal at all.. don't think i've been with any ISP for longer than about 5 months. Seems like many of them work great for a while then go to hell, so I just cycle amongst what works for me at the time.
Got my 1TB free Vox data with my new Samsung TV so let's see how long that lasts![]()
Reading the AH threads, people have been having issues for months on end with the service and all they get every day is just the usual "its your exchange", "we are looking into it" excuses. I was one of those people, and even though I still have the odd capped account as a back up my main accounts were cancelled and I moved to other ISPs.
Yet, it seems that many people are quite happy to pay for a service they aren't receiving, and the excuses range from "While I pay them they will fix it" to "It is difficult to move ISPs"
How loyal are you to an ISP? How much would it take for you to actually decide that you've had enough and want to go somewhere else? I'm not talking about the odd incident that happens from time to time, I'm talking about issues for weeks on end.
* This isn't an attack on AH specifically, I mention them since I was with them but I'm sure that other ISPs probably have similar issues.
LMAO at some of the posters
