private sector does what government tells it to do, who in their right mind will hike salary costs by more than the minimal amount when a government source gives you an excuse to have inflation adjustments based on an artificially low number? so no, the private sector prefers the lie, they won't want the truth unless the truth is an even lower figure

Have you considered that perhaps your entire basket hasn't infact grown at the rate you think, but that a few items have skewed your perception?

Who will pay money for an more accurate inflation calculation and why?

It has literally no affect on anything in the private sector.
 
Not interested at the breakdowns at this stage, the base is the problem, a playing with maths, and I suppose to believe what I am fed in abstract projected terms, theres no excuse for malpractices regarding money & resources, then abstractly boxed it away ijn a projection, so accountability vanishes as we stare at the abstract box.
