I'm not sure how many ADSL ISP's bother with that anymore. I haven't seen it on most of the (probably cheaper) ADSL ISP's I've looked at recently. Or maybe I just really couldnt be bothered so I don't notice it. 
Either way it's probably better to keep as much away from your ISP as you can, if you wanted to leave iBurst (unimaginable, I know) then it would be another thing you'd have to move over to a free provider or your new ISP.

I'd rather keep it on a free hosting site.
Sure you get banner ads, but it stays yours, regardless of your ISP.
Weird that iBurps doesn't offer that... but it's better that way, seeing the shoddy way of their doing business with their clients...

I'm sure 20 html pages doesn't need 350GB of starage or 3500GB bandwidth, that is crazy though

http://www.atspace.com is a good free service, I've been using it for a year and a half, very stable, no banners.
