Given that it looks like a typical every six hour dose is up to 600mg and the daily limit is 3000, you can no doubt pop another 2 safely. Also, apparently going over 400mg has no further effect, clinically.

No, not yet. Don't wanna really take paracetamol cos we have to go out for dinner and it will make me tired.

Then I weaned myself off it, and now don't take more than 3 a day... but yes it still makes me tired.

It is the codeine that is making you tired, not the paracetamol I think.

That would be the doxylamine/codeine, certainly not the paracetamol.
