justseed.it throttled?

I hope I have the right sub-forum here.

Anybody else noticed that justseed.it being throttled on Telkom Mobile LTE? I get a solid 20k which occasionally bursts to 50k during office hours. Off peak it jumps to around 600k down..

Yes, 15Gb package and another 10Gb. Two separate SIMs.

For anybody who may be interested.

Seems the above test was by chance, my wifi router is on the blink. Getting 60kb transfers on the local wifi LAN as such I need to get a new router to confirm if Telkom is throttling justseed.it and not just my router playing up.

Was just going to post and say justseed.it with eagleget download manager maxes on most ISP's accounts so I doubt it is actually shaped.
