Justworx SIM "Not connected"

I've got a Justworx SIM in my Ajax alarm system. From time to time I get a notification that cellular data is not connected and it stays in a "Not Connected" state for a few days, up to weeks.

AFAIK Justwox uses both Vodacom & MTN networks.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I've tried reaching out to Justworx but they only have a sales email on the website. Also, the online contact me form returns The daily 10 free submission quota was exceeded. Please upgrade to remove the quota limit.

Also, I would like to be able to reboot my Ajax Hub 2 (4G) to see if it just needs to reconnect. Does anyone know how to reboot these devices?

I have 17 of their SIMS, not 1 working at the moment, am thinking Justworx may have died...

This outage is permanent.
Replace, replace replace.
 
Why wouldn't they just put that on their website? This is what I got now, when I logged in (attached screenshot).

"Please rest assured we are working to restore services as soon as possible."

I discovered my JustWorx SIM was not working in my Ajax alarm system when my power failed taking down Wifi and I had no way to disarm the alarm because no fobs were present.

My neighbours had the pleasure of waking up to 3 minutes of 105dB noise at 4AM in the morning because this idiot had no way to disarm his alarm.

So what now? Wait and see if JustWorx resolve the problem? Do we need new SIMs?
 
So what I do is, I have a vodacom sim in my alarm system (including parents and family)

I manage the top-ups of the sims via https://simcloud.co.za/ essentially sending airtime and data to them using the schedule function to keep the sim active as the networks might recycle prepaid sims for whatever reason. This way the sim stays active on the network.
 
Justworx Data4Life not working anymore here as well.

Their website says SIM is still active.

Their coverage map says South Africa is still covered.

How many months downtime is this?
