I've got a Justworx SIM in my Ajax alarm system. From time to time I get a notification that cellular data is not connected and it stays in a "Not Connected" state for a few days, up to weeks.
AFAIK Justwox uses both Vodacom & MTN networks.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I've tried reaching out to Justworx but they only have a sales email on the website. Also, the online contact me form returns The daily 10 free submission quota was exceeded. Please upgrade to remove the quota limit.
Also, I would like to be able to reboot my Ajax Hub 2 (4G) to see if it just needs to reconnect. Does anyone know how to reboot these devices?
