Bought some fresh Kabrljou for dinner. Can you please give me some suggestions for cooking?
 
Sheesh! I am starting to get really hungry now ... got to go get something soon!
 
Slight gamey flavour, so stuff with tomato, onion and fennel if you have. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice cook in tinfoil. Call me when it's ready :)
 
Garlic butter, fresh lemon juice, apricot jam, pepper & herbs mixed together to baste fish with. Put in tinfoil on fire and enjoy!
 
I vote for the simple approach as well. Place fish in foil, on some sliced fresh limes, with fresh Basil, drizzle with olive oil and bake in oven or over coals. After 30min, with foil having become hot for at minimum 10-15min, carefully open and grill the fish for 5min. Enjoy!
