Kalahari closing down soon

The full merger between online retailers Kalahari and Takelot looks set to take place soon, after which Kalahari will close its doors.

I'll definitely miss Kalahari. The competition between them and Takealot meant great prices for everyone. By Takealot's own admission, the merger is to reduce competition and increase profitability.

Raru has started an import section. Not like TakeAlot used to have, but it is a step in the right direction.

With the merge I can see a decline on sales without vouchers.... only reason I bought on Kalahari was cos of the vouchers and sales.... Farewell Black Friday Sale...

There have been a number of online computer retailers closing their doors recently; I used prophesy.co.za which is no longer operating it's online shop.
