Kalahari.com vouchers thread

donner. end of an era. let the screwing commence.

Agreed. Before we could compare prices between kalahari and takealot.. Sometimes kalahari would have fantastic clearance sales, black Friday deals now with the merge we won't see much happening for sure. That's why they giving away R100 vouchers.. The merge is near... P.

I suspect my wallet will not be complaining so much.

I want to use a kalahari voucher and pre-order the new borderlands for PS4, but with this whole merger thing going on, do you guys think they'll still deliver promptly?

It was fun while it lasted, although I made so many unnecessary purchases. Thanks to all who posted vouchers.

RSOnline are going to be giving away Kalahari vouchers with purchases over certain limits until April 2015. I don't think Kalahari is going to be closing their doors at the end of this month.

I have 2 R250 vouchers that need to be used buy 31st of march. Anyone willing to buy for R400

My wallet is complaining too much. Spend over R2000 a week on takealot which is dangerous... vouchers are evil if you don't know how to manage your spending

Lol you need help buddy. You've got an addiction.

Since there are probably no more vouchers, I'm sure you guys don't mind the OT comment here...

I'm getting really pissed off with KDN lately. They keep advertising up to 70% off or up to 50% off, but 99% of the items are under R20 off or around 15% off.

Such an unethical business practice. They used to actually have great sales, but I haven't bought anything from them in about 2 months now.

PS: don't tell me that every business does the same. All I'm saying is that KDN never used to do this to such an extent.

That is the definition of up to 70%... even if they just had one item at that discount they are covered. There are still vouchers active by the way. Eg. VISA100

Read my post again... I'm talking about ethics, not the legality of the advert.
It's unethical to give your customers the impression of a 70% discount when 1 item may be 70% off and the other 2000 items are 15% off.

True, but that's SA marketing.
It's the same with "stocks are limited" clause; there may only be one item available... ;)
