Kalahari.net = Useless

So they've just wasted my time, I should just have bought it from someone else in the first place.

I agree with you 100%. The moment I go to the Kalahari.net web page, I start to get irritated because I find the layout extremely useless. I can never find things! Take2 is VERY MUCH better than this amateur site: the break down of products and sub categories is very useful at Take2.

Sure, Kalahari they have great offers, but most often Take2 is CHEAPER than Kalahari.net.

I would rather pay the extra cost in delivery fee than deal with Kalahari's incompetence.

Each to their own I guess but I love Take2.

Kalahari is great when stuff is in stock or readily available from their suppliers. If you need to chat to their support for any reason, that seems to be where problems come in. They've lost my business several times by just not bothering to reply to email / support requests.

Seems like you just had a poor run here. I have been shopping with Kalahari for 4 to 5 years, bought all sorts of things and they've been great.

Yea, as long as the system works ok, you have no problem. If you have to deal with a person however youre screwed.

We sent flowers to my Sister in law for her bday and they delivered them without a note, card or anything. The guy delivering the flowers to her workplace did not even know who they where for. If it wasn't so obviously for her on her birthday she would not have gotten them.

I had issue where I had bought a PC component from Kalahari about 2 years ago. When my order was delivered, I realised that was not what I had paid for.
Sent them an email and they responded saying they would contact the suppliers and get back to me. 3 weeks later, they told me I had got what I supposedly purchased and after then checking the site, I found the product description had conveniently been altered.

I was also offered the crappy 15% discount and told them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine. I've never bought from them since
