Karaoke Software for Windows 7

Hi there. Can anyone recommend karaoke software that I can use on my windows 7 laptop. The software needs to also be able to adjust the mic settings - at the moment I have a delay from the sound to the speakers which won't work for karaoke.

So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Will give it a try. Have you used it before? Does it allow to change the pitch ect of the mic? I am able to playback the singing and voice but there is a delay from the mic to the speakers.
