I am currently testing this Support Suite with a view of using this to log and manage calls from our clients. Has anybody ever used this or is currently using it? I have a few questions :confused:

  1. How customizable is the interface?
  2. Can I import client data into it?
  3. If I can how do I go about writing a script to do this?

I would like to have a sit down with somebody who is using it on a daily basis and also find out how feasible it is to purchase a lifetime license and host it locally on my server.

It's very popular in the web hosting industry. Why don't you give the free trial a go and see if it works out for you?

I am actually using the trail NOW but I need to tweak it a bit. Hence my request for some input

Sorry, I missed the part you were already doing actual testing :) I don't think you can go wrong with it but then again I don't know to what extent you need to weak it.

I have seen some skinners and modders for support suites advertise so if you are willing, you might want to hire someone.
