Keep having to reboot 5g router

Hi guys. About 5 times a day i keep having to reboot the 5g router as it will work fine yhen all of a sudden onky 1 led light on the front stays on. Then i have to reboot the router to get signal again. The signal is good in my area so i am not sure if this is a router fault. I have the R699 5g router

happened to me on the old school LTE for a while until I saw they were working at the tower.
