Tastes like slightly fizzy plain drinking yogurt.
Once or twice I've bought it it's been quite chunky toward the end. Just put it in a smoothie and it was fine. Have never really noticed the taste change too much. Just seems to get more fizzy.I like it too. Except it did get a bit cheeeeeeesy if I left it for too long
