You clearly have no understanding of what racism means. Let's try to clarify:

And what scientific basis is there for these beliefs?

By those definitions racism is not a bad thing by default. And who doesnt believe their race or religion or school or team or whatever is best? Its called 'esprit de corps'

Bottom line is Africa needs to wake up and take responsibilty for itself instead of blaming everything and everyone else.

Fair enough, but it's not because Africans are (mostly) black that Africa's in trouble.

You explicitly stated in this thread that it's because blacks are unevolved savages.

Keep on deluding yourself - one thing Africa is good at is putting the blame somewhere else. Who can we blame for the election of JZ as ANC president and Winnie leading the exco? These two is going to burn SA. See what happens when you give Africans the vote? Its like a baby playing with a razor.

I'm not an economist, a political scientist or a social anthropologist, so I think it's a little unfair to ask me the answer to the question of why Arican countries are failing, but anyway...

What does "failing" mean anyway? Maybe you should clarify that before we can move on?

Anyway, maybe to start you'd like to read this (although I doubt you're at all interested in actually looking into the issue. Much better to remain an ignorant racist, innit?).

The 'problem' is not the race of the people with the vote. It is the level of education of the majority of the voters. As a whole, Africans are uneducated on the continent. Thus uneducated people will vote along tribal alliances, whoever promises the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, or charismatic leaders who line their own pockets.

Look, democracy is good as long as you have an educated voter base. That's the reason why even in developed countries there is a subtle campaign to make the masses dumb (through TV, Music, consumerism, etc.)

Funny I cannot see the word "black" there. but anyway get over yourself. Prove the facts wrong. But I seriously doubt that, rather blame Apartheid or something like that once again. Boooring.
