Nothing new here... Kenya has been ahead of SA in all connectivity departments except for international bandwidth. They have had ADSL 2+ almost from the get go. It's not about where you are but where you are going.

Well at least they giving it a shot "in the dark" it seems.

You can see the "best 20" or so channels in the English Premium boquet. Not a single major channel. It is absolutely awful. Makes DSTV Lite look good.
Their TV selection isn't even worth R50.
However, 1mb WiMAX uncapped is a very, very good price. Would be interesting to know what their contention ratio's and shaping are on that. Our WiMAX people don't even price remotely close for 1MB uncapped (Screamer is ~R1500, MWeb is R1999). I cant see how this company could be buying international bandwidth at a cheaper rate than MWeb.
