Kerbal Space Program 2 announced

Eskom is not allowing me to get the rover to the mun. I had a absolutely epic launch. In lunar orbit and everything selecting a flat ish landing spot... But i forgot to look at the ****en time.
I've had issues with orbits of items (like return modules in LMO) with engines off suddenly just shift orbits as if they are interacting with atmo OR engines are on and randomly firing. Which makes multi-staged projects for me a bit iffy.

Ugh this music fits so well with my stuffup. I forgot that all docking ports either needs a dock or a decoupler.

And I forgot to put a antenna on the SM for Com link.

FML.

But it's a nice video:

What is your rig specs?

What is your rig specs?

I7 9700K
16GB DDR4 2666mhz ram
RTX 2080 Ti
Game is running on a m.2 SSD

Not super hot in today's standards but remember you're seeing a timelapse. It is playable on my system but fps is still crap the more complicated th rockets get.

I had a look at the rig performance while it's running. The game doesn't seem to use much of anything so it's definitely got a long way to go.

Thanks, lol, it's okay much better compared to my tater.

Yeah, I'm guessing they have a ton of streamlining etc. to do. Happy to see you can now see your projected trajectory around a targeted body instead of just the blue ripples as you enter and exit the S.o.I.

I'm hitting around 420m/s. We'll past mach 1 but the damn phantom bumps on the runway is killing me. I like the idea of a forward and back land speed record. Most okes just drive full speed with the vehicle into the ocean with some kind of safety built in for the kerbal.

Interesting to listen to the dude who kicked it all off.
