You can make them as long as you would use an extension cord. Ultimately, you have a cable of probably a similar length inside the conduit in the wall leading to the plug anyway, so no big deal. For a 25m cable, I'd buy the cable, and connectors, and make my own. You are unlikely to find a pre-made cable that length, I'm afraid.
