Kia Workshop butchers my car couzing years of frustration and eventually me having to pay to fix while the workshop manager blames my driving
Once the video was released, Kia said they would be in touch
Two and a half weeks later - not a word
The whole experience led me to make a video about my experience

Its 7 in the morning so I'm not going to watch it now, but you will take a lot of flak for this, deserved or otherwise, just be prepared for that as its the world we live in.

Urgh! Combination of poor grammar and terrible video quality spoilt my day now

OK, I actually watched the video. It does appear that this KIA dealership is in the wrong here.

Do you have subtitles by any chance or a transcript?
In short, this guy bought a Kia Picanto from this dealership, complained about a noise from the gearbox. At the first service KIA replaces a few things clutch pressure plate and trust bearing and sent the gearbox out to be looked at. Guy receives his car back and complains that the clutch is not right this seems to go on until 60 000km and this Kia dealership just fobs him off every service. At some point after the warranty ran out the dealership basically told the guy they can look at it again but they will charge him R12k if nothing was wrong with the clutch. He ended up doing it privately for R5k, but the mechanic found the initial problem when they replaced the clutch they used a wrong bolt(looks like a common mild steel bolt...) and it broke off causing the thrust bearing not to work probably and for the clutch to wear out.

Also there seems to be an accusation that they also use the incorrect oil when servicing the car, he admits he has no evidence other than his own anecdotal experience.
