My internet went down on the 4 May 2018 at 6:32 according to the router. I noticed that the internet was down in the morning while I was getting ready for work, but thought the internet occasionally drops and didn't think much of it. I went on with my day. I came back home from work that afternoon to find the internet still down. I phoned Kiklo and the guy on the other end quickly informed me that I can submit a ticket and will have to wait 4 working days for technician to come through. I find this completely unacceptable. I pay R2800 a month for 200MB Line and this is the service I get. It is now Sunday I and we are forced to use our mobile phones as hotspots while incurring additional costs. I am moving away from Kiklo due to receive this kind of service for same price you can buy a small car for!
