He had already won a previous prize quite recently. The norm is you are not allowed to enter again, so that others may have a chance. In fact, many other users did not enter again due to that, only to find out later that it didn't matter. So you honestly sit there and say that's fair? Sorry. I don't and neither do many others. Deal with that.
