You should as well.Like, why don't you just check if there is a screw/fastener loose, or if somethings broken?

The installer must just adjust and tighten it.I think that is going to have to be replaced as that is not how it supposed to be.
Thanks for the vid I see there is a spot on the back but must be opened etc. If I kek around and mess it warranty is voided. Will tell plumber to pop out....The installer must just adjust and tighten it.
If you voided a warranty by tightening an adjuster then it’s truly a piece of **** and you need to take it back and refund it.Thanks for the vid I see there is a spot on the back but must be opened etc. If I kek around and mess it warranty is voided. Will tell plumber to pop out....
I have two identical units. The one is how I would expect and turns left to right other one loose that it feel "flimsy" left right and a touch up and down.Yes there is a screw mechanism of one variety or another.
Just get under there and tighten it.
But the top part should be looose…otherwise how would you adjust it?
It may be missing a nylon spacer ,so many different types ,ask the supplier for a remedy ,may not have been assembled correctly .I have two identical units. The one is how I would expect and turns left to right other one loose that it feel "flimsy" left right and a touch up and down.
Italtile said fasten the grub screw did that 100% perfect now. That's called a spout and it should not be loose. What did the person say that fitted it. Start there. Let then come back and sort it out.
100% agree if this is an issue within the next few months will def get it sorted... thanks 15 year warranty...,yeah but pricey taps should not be giving spout problems
just keep an eye on it as water pressure will make the spout get loose
well thats on cheaper taps
