I think it was the 27/28th of this month it saved me quite a bit. They also have certain colours on promotion each month on their site with quite big savings also.

I have one of those also, absolute rubbish. The Benriner Turning Slicer or Cooks Help is quite pricey but the one to get.

I also have the Titanium it's a really good piece of kit and nice and heavy which is what you want in a mixer.

Takealot have the Kenwood Titanium mixer on the daily deals at 31% off. It's a really good machine.

My kitchen aid, Le Creuset pots and pans (their wok is the best), decent knives (have scanpan and wusthof) and most recently, a pressure cooker.
Worst waste of money - slow cooker and a cupcake maker (like a snackwich machine for cupcakes, just sits gathering dust)

Did you go the same colour with your Le Creuset, I went with different shades of blue Marseille, Coastal and Caribbean so far. Next will be Mint and Cobalt just not sure what to buy yet.

Definitely thermometer and scale. I also have a Infrared Thermometer that takes surface temperatures which is handy when you want to deep fry something.

No, I have a range of colours (some were gifts). If I buy then I tend to pick Caribbean.
