BUT

cereal that have "blackhole" elements (you pour & pour milk & it disappears) I take when I am at the office & use their uncapped milk©.

no jokes I knew a guy who would raw dog a whole small box of weetbix (24 bricks) as his mid morning snack, like literally just eating them straight out the box as is. Guy was an absolute animal though, pro body builder.
