Yep. You can only burn that fuel for so long before the fuel runs out and you have to get some more.

Vodacom needs to start being more progressive and customer-centric otherwise they'll be overtaken.

I've been with Vodacom for about 9-years. If they don't do something really impressive soon I think I'll be jumping ship when my contract comes up for renewal. Goodness knows I'm not the only Vodacom customer feeling this way.

Yeah been with them since the start, left for 2 years and will leave again, service and costs are ridiculous.

I always get the feeling that MTN are the least innovative company,with regards to Telecoms.

I think they will be left behind in south Africa due to their incapacity or lack of willingness to compete
