Hi guys,

I had a Neotel technician call me, he asked me if I knew the following:

RSSI & PN of/on my device.

Anyways, I knew the RSSI (which I checked this morning was 61) but I didn't know the PN.

Get to know your device guys, so if you log a complaint and they call you, you know the information.

I have to phone back when I get home and give the consultants the number (though I'd rather call the Tech who called me, but he told me I'd struggle to get hold of him so yeah)

Go into the maintence menu and just write down everything. :D

You may also PM me the info if you do not get in contact with him.

PN Number is the sector number on the base station that you are logged onto.

Pin Number, Product Number...

*shrug*

Now stop with the stupid posts please...

You lambaste the speed degradation update thread with insults at kkcheuk's English and you want people to stop making stupid posts in this one?
