A handful of the ministers have law degrees, which in any portfolio gives them an edge. The may not be perfectly qualified for that position but having a law, I feel, means they are at least competent and capable of running the portfolio - though this doesn't always happen.

So as we can see most ministers are not versed in anything about their portfolio, so I hope they have fantastic advisers...

Niehaus II?

Just kidding ;)

I do see a lot of "London", "USA", "Australia" and "Singapore" over there. Maybe they can be a bit more pro-West? Huh?

Thanks for that, nice to know I guess :D

But to me its not about what degree/diploma you have on paper but about how the person reacts to situations in reality :)

Fort Hare seems to feature a lot... Sezwe Nxasana went there, but then again so did Steve Biko

I wonder how many of these guys, actually have a hand in the day to day operations of their various departments. Or do they just make a statement/demand and the worker ants, run around and find way to make the decree possible.

wwhat about the current president kglema mothlante

As far as I've serched on the government site and google, there is no documented background on his qualifications. But here is the qualification of his Deputy, Baleka Mbete, Ms

You will not find any info on the educational background of the current President. The ANC/COSATU have previously said they won't release his educational credentials and allow the media to insult the President, like they did with Zuma.

Really disappointing because we do have a right to know if our President is qualified for the position. And I am interested in his educational background :D

Jacob Zuma - Successfully completed grade 5, Nkandla Primary

Julius Malema - Jonty's Special School for Special Children, diploma in toilet training

JM is not going to be in government atleast for the next five years, so the may be a chance that he will further his studies, so don't count him out yet.

As for JZ, well he has indeed graduated with flying colours from the University of Life, he has mastered APD(Art of Prosecution Dodging), and he is probably the only man in the world to survive HIV infection through the watery shower. Given his array of wifes, you can tell that despite his age, he is the most sexually active politician in the country.

Please note that other politicians are so horny that they resort to botox injections and name calling others as "inkwenkwe" :D

Or "garden boys", "political toddlers", "fake accents"?

Good gracious, a 58 year old lady had some cosmetic work done, if thats a problem maybe we should all just boycott Hollywood from now on.

Maybe being married to the same person for 27 years is also a crime?
