Kobus Stroeder - Former Chairman of WACS Management Committee.
Kobus Stoeder is Executive Head: Global Capacity, Wholesale Services at Vodacom Business and is the chairman of the Management Committee on the WACS submarine cable project, and was part of the team that implemented the SAT-3/WASC/SAFE submarine cable system.
He is presently closely involved in the WACS and EASSy submarine cable projects. Kobus holds a B.Eng (Electronics) degree from the University of Stellenbosch, a BLC (law) degree from the University of Pretoria and a LLB (law) degree from the University of South Africa.
