Im looking for decent chicken/beef flavor noodles, can be a bit spicy but nothing too crazy.

Currently looking at a-mart, any suggestions?

Not sure where you are, but Kokoro in Rivonia is a great shop. They have an online shop too.

Lightweight... My 10 year old eats them like a champ. He suffers a bit afterwards, but loves them. He wants me to find even hotter ones after he ate the Ghost Pepper version.

My local Korea-Mart sells pretty much everything. I tried the Daebak ghost pepper noodles and expected more honestly. While they are much spicier than Samyung, the problem is the heat doesn't last as long.

Managed to get them from Spar yesterday and it's a different heat to the 3x spicy ones. The heat sort of crept up on me, but I managed to handle them quite well. My son handled them like a champ and says he could eat them every day

The daebak ghost noodles are actually really tasty as well as insanely hot. The samyang 2x spicy I didn't enjoy the flavour, but they're decently spicy.

I see daebak now has a ghost with cheese noodles, got some of those to try. The way it sounds is that it's the same noodles and ghost flavour, just with an extra sachet of cheese powder, so I'm hoping if I don't enjoy the cheese I can just throw the sachet out and carry on with the rest.

While I was buying the daebak ghost noodles I saw their habanero ones and decided to give them a try too. Honestly the smell and the flavor of the ghost and habanero noodles was (nearly?) identical, very surprised because I actually really enjoy the specific fruity taste of fresh habaneros, they are my favorite overall chili. The ghost noodles are obviously a lot hotter, but the habanero ones are spicy too. For me the ghost noodles are blowing nose a lot and some tears, the habanero noodles are just a single nose blow and no tears.

Tasty - Yes
Super Spicy - No

They have a little bit of chili in them so they're a good starting point if you want to experiment with the spicier Samyang ones.

You should try the Kimchi ones too. Same brand with a little more flavour.
