Yes. I'm getting insane lag spikes which makes the game unplayable.

I can't play with my DH with rapid fire during the daytime. It stutters and sputters a lot.
But during the night my rapid fire is smooth.

I have the same issue for weeks now.
Latency jumps from green 200ms to red 1000ms and then orange 310-540ms it's all over the place.
Took my PC to friends house silky smooth came back home and it's unplayable.
Problem is all my other games are fine it's just diablo 3 EU as well because tested on US realm and I get solid 360ms.

On and off hey, i took a break for about two years, i play when im really bored. But mostly just do pvp on my rogue.

I can't play this game atm.
With my Witch Doctor I cast a spell but it then takes about 5-10 seconds before it appears.
My latency is constantly in the red and at one stage it was over 2000ms.
Yet, if I exit the game and run a speedtest from the saix.net site, I get a latency of 18ms. :wtf:

But last night I switched over to my old Axxess account ... it's just a 1Mb service but I get a much better latency. It's still not permanently in the green, it's often in the orange, sometimes even red but at least I can play.
