Not sure how many of you tried to book a special ticket with Kulula today - what a shambles. Nothing worked at all
It took me 30 minutes to try to make a booking to then be told that my booking had expired!!! Tried at work - this time made it to the payments page, and then the same problem.
Phone call centre and get cut off. Now the ticket costs twice the price it did this morning!!
This afternoon 3 calls later get through to call centre and am told that they can not help as thier systems are down; supervisor is busy on another call and the next senior member is out of the office (they must have known the system would not cope and today would be a disaster, so they took the day off)
I think this is a shocking state of affairs and that Kulula needs to do something to make this up to the many customers who have wasted time and money. But I guess, This Is Africa!!
