Not sure who gets kulula's newsletter?

They've announced that they are also offering internet access from Autopage/Vodacom/MTN now.

Has anyone signed up for this yet? I was wondering if it is anything to go on about, or just another agent selling access?

Says me too... But, on the other hand, they have a HUGE mailing list of people that trust them when it comes to bargains... I think if they can drop the prices a little more it would be a great hit.

Also think they should offer the Vodacom/WirelessG wi-fi.

Are they offering iBurst or is this sort of the wrong forum section?

Sounds like it's just another reseller though.

well airlines and technology comapnies offer credit cards. offering internet a far lesser topic for me.

and it is something that worries about a company if i am invested in it. why is it leaving its core business?

much like iburst in many ways. iburst is the provider of wait for it...iburst technology. so is a move away it a sign for those that have the iburst technology to be wary that even less efoort will be expanded on the technology. I mean how worse can it get given 2Mbps was promised, what, 2 years ago?

I used to work for Autopage. Knowing how they work, it's not Kulula that started this - it's Altech offering Kulula a cut for the new business.

"you are always connected to the internet whether you’re on skype, iTunes, YouTube, gaming or running a small business, 1 GIG of data at R300 will help you get your fix for the month..."

1GB for R300 isn't very good, compared to iBurst or ADSL. Is that the standard rate for HSDPA?

And that description is ridiculous, seriously scary.
