I too hope he starts filing a large number of civil claims against Biden in his person, the US government, the prosecution, all celebrities involved with fake narratives. He is owed a lot of money as compensation.

Oh plse just stfu. He's not going to sue Biden just like he's not going to sue any other commentator on the trial. I don't consider this case malicious prosecution either. There was bound to be a trial regardless. He's fortunate people contributed financially towards his legal costs though, his legal council were tack sharp & extremely professional (can't say the same about the prosecution though).

Yeah, it's bit spurious to think he'll sue Biden, but you're mad if you think he won't be suing a bunch of people after the year of coverage smearing him.

Not going to happen. It is EXTREMELY hard to sue someone for defamation in the US due to the first amendment, it rarely succeeds.

OK, but he was never charged with, and/or acquitted on a charge of being a white supremacist. Which isn't a crime anyway.

So what's he going to sue Biden for?

They (prosecution, fbi etc) trawled through his internet history and found no links to anything related to white supremacy etc

He ain't suing biden for anything. Here we back again at two ends of extreme crap, people don't learn.

Seemed to have worked for Nick Sandmann, with a settlement.

I don't think he was on trial though?

Either way, Rittenhouse should consult with his legal council and take it from there. The msm have been punting a narrative completely different from the trial evidence, selectively cherry picking evidence and slanting the story.

If sources are to be believed, defence council started looking at preparing suits two days ago.
This is pure hearsay though.

Exactly. Hence my comment on rvZA's lunacy.
That's not what you explicitly referred to. You labelled all of @rvZA 's claims as lunacy. Thus why I asked what specifically was lunacy, and you began with Biden.

OK, so what is he going to sue the US government for then?

The same thing Nick Sandmann sued multiple news organisations for. Defamation of character in trying to weave a narrative based on no evidence.
Also, I'm not saying he's going to do anything to Biden.
