I assume you're trying to be clever and getting to the point that the sitting US president can't be sued in a personal capacity.When did the US government do this?
If you continue reading, you'd find that a sitting president can be sued in a personal capacity so long as it wasn't a result of official business, which the Biden campaign video wasn't since Biden was not president in September 2020.
Now we're just arguing on whether Biden can be sued while in office. He can, as long as it's for an unofficial action.
I was hoping you'd get to the myriad of other points @rvZA had made.
