When did the US government do this?
I assume you're trying to be clever and getting to the point that the sitting US president can't be sued in a personal capacity.
If you continue reading, you'd find that a sitting president can be sued in a personal capacity so long as it wasn't a result of official business, which the Biden campaign video wasn't since Biden was not president in September 2020.

Now we're just arguing on whether Biden can be sued while in office. He can, as long as it's for an unofficial action.

I was hoping you'd get to the myriad of other points @rvZA had made.

When they had a trail and not an inquest, based seemingly on the spin of the mainly leftest media. It was immediately clear to the unbiased observer, from the videos, that it was most likely self defense.
Leftist media are still trying to make it look like Rittenhouse killed only blacks.

The desperation of the insane Left to turn this into a race thing, shows what they stand for and desire in the US.

The blatant lies in the "press" also shows how msm has become the most dangerous tool of all.

This kid will have to go into witness protection...just you watch...or at least the first thing he should do is legally get a new identity and disappear overseas for a few years.

They're still attempting to pass this off as 3 black men being shot? Jesus wept...
I'm surprised that they haven't blamed Rittenhouse for shooting Martin Luther King.
That would be a good excuse for BLM to organize another spot of looting & arson.

Oh plse just stfu. He's not going to sue Biden just like he's not going to sue any other commentator on the trial. I don't consider this case malicious prosecution either. There was bound to be a trial regardless. He's fortunate people contributed financially towards his legal costs though, his legal council were tack sharp & extremely professional (can't say the same about the prosecution though).
Did you watch the trial?

The prosecution knew that the weapons charges were false from the start, but threw them in anyway.

The prosecution also repeatedly violated Kyle's 5th ammendment rights when he asked him why Kyle didn't day anything after being arrested. This was pointed out by the judge.

If the prosecution had a strong case, they never would have done dirty tactics like this.

Rittenhouse could have potential defamation case against Biden over White supremacist tweet, expert says

Kyle Rittenhouse could potentially have a defamation case against President Biden over a tweet suggesting Rittenhouse was a White supremacist, a lawyer who represented former Covington Catholic High School student Nicholas Sandmann told Fox News.

Todd McMurtry, who helped Sandmann reach a settlement with CNN over a defamation lawsuit, said Biden could be held accountable for the Sept. 30, 2020 social media post weeks before he was elected.

"There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night," Biden's tweet said.

Like I said, I hope he sues the s**t out of them all, including the Justice department for malicious prosecution.

This was never about justice - it's politics.

No he did not. He is yapping like an angry old woman who heard this morning the US dropped to atomic bombs on Japan 60 years ago. He has no idea what he is speaking about.
