H guys i was wondering my friend has this printer in his office and every time he tried to send a fax with his driver software,it laags like hell and takes about 5 mins to open,where the rest of the office it takes about 1-5 secs, its a brand new latop intel I5 ,2gb of ram,500gb hard drive and he tested it on a laptop with the same specs as his but never laaged any suggestions?
