Landmark Computers - Shut Down (no reboot)

Hi everyone

It's a sad day, after 11 years in business I've decided landmarkpc.co.za will close down as from today.
All existing orders will of course be honoured.

With the ever growing competition in the market, the fact that we dropped off the radar for so long without effective advertising as well as the lack of motivation from my side, I thought it best we shut down to start new chapters elsewhere (not in IT again).

Thank you for EVRYONE who bought from us, it was truly an honour to have been of service to South Africa (and surrounds). Time now to go write that book I've always wanted to, travel to those far away shores and and debug out of the wired world I've been in for so long.

I urgently require some guidance. I bought my Asus F570U on 23 August 2018. Landmark closed a few days after that I was not aware. I cannto access my invoice and I have had so many issues with my laptop that I need to take it in for technical guidance. I really am so disappointed in Landmark and my Asus computer. How do I get my invoice from Landmark?

I want to RMA a PSU i bought from Landmark. How do i get my proof of purchase from them if their website is down? I never printed the receipts as i just thought i would download them from the website if i ever needed them. I had not anticipated the store shutting down.
Please help

Keeping a copy of the invoice is your responsibility at the time of purchase, stop whining Kathryn!!

Was an invoice not perhaps emailed when the items were purchased, you can check your archived emails for a copy?

Asus should be able to check the warranty status via the serial number, take it to Rectron.
