@lantic R59 uncapped 'bolt-on' feedback

Regarding being capped. Reset your router, usually sorts out that bug. Not sure why it happens so frequently though.

The problem here is that there are a number of accounts which bought Fatpipe product and the bolt on.

During the migration early October, these accounts were supposed to be excluded from the migration, and I'm seeing that they weren't.

I'll write some code to fix this issue for you guys until the consumer division is able to rectify your accounts.

Sorry for the mishap!

Will this mean that the extra gigs (from 50 to 75) will not apply anymore?

What I meant by what I said, was that I'll write code to ensure that these "Fatpipe + Bolton" accounts don't get capped during bolt on time.

The zero rated data is not affected, just the enforcement policy which is in place needs to cater for this bad migration, which I hope to see resolved soon. I've sent an inquiry about it already this morning.

Code has been deployed, if you have Fatpipe + Bolt on and run out of quota, you shouldn't be capped during Bolt on times.

Have fun!

my R59 bolt on is ..............dead.
using my 150gig vox account and everything is fine though.

How's the bolt-on performance this weekend? I'm thinking of moving from Fatpipe to Fatpipe-Lite due to most of my downloads and usage happening after 6pm.
