They have been debiting my capitec account since the launch of uncapped bolt on in 2012 so must be a website fault....

Yeah, I was just asking on behalf of sybertiger, I also got a PM from Voxy which I forwarded onto him :)

ya i got it

i havent had a change to try again,i am at work and its months end so its verry hectic this side

Here's the results, what it doesn't show is how the international speedtest starts at 900KB/s then slows down. The average is 474KB/s but I'm sure a larger file would taper down practically 0KB/s and stay ther (from what I've experienced).

Looking perfect, however international was a bit slow :/ My speeds were just fine? Hmm... Very strange indeed!

Havent had a proper chance to test it again properly but so far it seems fine today. Hopefully it stays fine :)

I got robbed with the bandwidth roll over.....

So yesterday I had about 69GB left and they only carried over 27GB. They did not carry the 42GB left from Febuary again. They used the new data in March and the Feb data just expired like end of March......

VERY unfair as they say bandwidth rolls over and does not expire.... If it only rolls over 1 month fine then why does the rolled over bandwidth not get used first.

This is what I've been pondering too. Is it only 1 month or how does it work? Voxy?

If they don't explain that its only 1 month roll over or give me my gigs back I'm changing ISP's

I left the data knowing it will just roll over then I will have lots of peak data to use on the public holidays if I wanted to download something

Geez. They will lose a lot of us if that's the case. I would have stayed with Cybersmart. Now the deal I had with them has expired so i cant even go back with my tail between my legs.

On the phone with tech support now and he confirmed that there is no expiry but he is unable to view previous months usage so he can't confirm if the roll over is correct or not.

So he had to escalate it to the system admin since just he just don't have access to that data and was unable to help me. He did try everything though spent 20min on the phone. They phoned me on my cellphone. :-)

This is my only gripe with VOX/@lantic - a very poor "clientzone" and support isn't that great either. When I first joined them last year on the gig4gig with uncapped bolt on my bolt on wasn't kicking in at 6pm and nobody there could help me.

I'm proud to report that my fat pipe data of 22GB did carry over but this was only month 1 so I guess we will see what happens with mine next month.

So far so good, whatever was causing my issues seems to have resolved itself.

Nothing no feedback yet and no one is phoning me too.... Very frustrating

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Could you please PM me your account ID and your account details and I will follow up on the matter for you.

So basically what happened they just emailed me a usage report from March that includes ALL data both peak and uncapped bolt on. Its so bad that 1 session is the whole day mixed between peak and uncapped usage meaning there is NO WAY to calculate which is peak or uncapped usage.

No message body at all. Just the usage emailed to me and my ticket closed with them. Looks like I'm cancelling cause they have false advertising on their website saying no expiry. This is how it works and I'm sure most of you will confirm this going into the second month.

*1 month roll over then it expires.

Consumption of data in this way...

1. The months allocated data FIRST
2. Then what ever roll over data from the previous month
3. Then you will go out of bundle.

So if you do not use all of the new months allocation AND the roll over data in month 2 only data left of the new allocation will be rolled over meaning data only rolls over once.

Very dissapointing and SHOCKING from vox and the support is horrible. Maybe they will sort me out after this port but I will be changing after being a client with them since June 2012.

I kept my usage in tack downloading the stuff I wanted off peak knowing that all the roll over data will help me on public holidays or the days that I need lots of data in peak time but now since I lost 44GB of peak time data I feel so cheated. I mean 44GB fat pipe data is like almost R170 worth of data.

*guess I have to change my sig now.

Very disappointing :( I was really hoping Vox was going to be our savior. I don't plan to cancel my accounts yet but terrible support will always scare some clients off...
