@lantic R59 uncapped 'bolt-on' feedback

100% normal here as well. Was streaming the TI4 comp last night via twitch on high. Last year I was having to put up with watching it on low quality. :D

Does the platinum gig4gig service work on VDSL?
And will the bolt on uncapped for platinum gig4gigthat be unshaped and full speed for VDSL as well?

Yes it will be ideal for VDSL.

I am unsure if the bolt-on with gig4gig platinum will be unshaped, but you should get full speed if there is no shaping applied.

According to the web page, the bolt-on will be unshaped because it runs after hours.

That's what I'm suspecting too, but would like an official word from Voxy? It would be a sale made in a second if it is the case.

Am really impressed with the 50gig fat pipe, bought it especially for World Cup streaming and it's been fantastic. Bummed that I missed the boat for the Fat Pipe Bolt-On.

Hi,
With a Platinum Gig4Gig package it will be unshaped during peak and off-peak times.

Regards,
Voxy

How is it possible that my capped data is being used on weekends when I have a bolt on?

What is a good/acceptable latency for international servers in general. Reason normally play bf4 on local servers but played on international server last night and got a ping of around 180 leading to being kicked of the server. Maybe just the server rules though.

Thank you

180 is very good for international servers.

Has anyone used the @Lantic uncapped 2meg option?

Backstory:
I recently moved home , I had a 4 meg line and the Bolton uncapped option, but the new place is too far from the exchange and syncs at less than 3 meg , so I am considering downgrading to a 2meg line, then getting full uncapped either from Telkom directly or Asking @lantic to just move me to a 2 meg uncapped. I absolutely love the service I have gotten from @lantic, but for the money I really miss my throughput and might be able to make up for it by going the full uncapped rout and having my downloads finish a few hours after 6 (like finish at 10) to make up for the slow line.

It has been reported that their uncapped accounts are just resold IS accounts, so don't expect bolt-on performance.
